Rustic and Chic Transitional Bathroom in Media , PA

This spacious bathroom designed by dRemodeling hosts a spacious walk in shower, drop in tub, and a double vanity. The materiality is a blend of modern and classic materials that keep the overall aesthetic fresh and comfortable. White subway tile surrounds the walls, integrating the tub into the shower, and the vanity backsplash into the rest of the room. The base of the bathtub extends into the shower area, creating a convenient bench while maintaining a cohesive feel between the two elements. An extra detail added during construction lends a handcrafted touch where the bench meets the frameless glass enclosure.  A pale blue on the walls which reflects the colors of the hexagonal shower tile that adds a dimension and depth to the design. Ceramic wood plank flooring adds texture to an otherwise clean and modern environment.

The vanity uses a double-faucet trough sink as the focal between two large storage cabinets on either side. This sink is complemented by two oval mirrors above the conjoined sink, held up by nickel clamps. Ample storage and a flowing design were the key elements sought to be incorporated into this remodeling project, both accomplished flawlessly with the help of the dRemodeling team
